Under the Spotlight: Getting to Know Lindsey Fedel


How would you summarize what you do?

I work in all fields of HR. From federal, state, and client compliance, to onboarding, insurance and retirement benefits, employee relations, government reporting, policy creation/adherence, labor laws, and much more!


How many years have you been with Odyssey?

Since September 17, 2015


What is your favorite part about working for Odyssey?

I love that I get to work in all aspects in HR because Odyssey’s growth and our adherence to ever-evolving regulations mean there’s always new challenges to overcome.


What do you like to do outside of work? Any hobbies, family, tell us something about who you are!

I’m a first time mom to a 1 year old son, so my time recently has been spent chasing him around. I love sour candy, summertime activities, renaissance festivals, spending time my

husband, and collecting bath & body works candles.


Why should clients choose Odyssey?

Our feedback consistently shows that our employees enjoy working with our small administration department – from day one onboarding through years of employment, they grow to trust and develop a confidence that their questions will be answered quickly and with care.


What do you look forward to at work?

I love problem solving meetings with my department – positive attitudes while working toward shared goals has created a great connection in our team.
