Jon Hibbs, President and CEO of Odyssey Information Services, founded the company in 2000 with a mission to redefine IT recruiting and staffing. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in International Business from The University of Texas at Dallas, Jon has played a crucial role in expanding Odyssey's reach and success. His strategic vision and dedication to building strong client relationships have been instrumental in driving the company's growth and delivering exceptional service to clients worldwide.

Todd Kirkby
Todd Kirkby is the Chief Information Officer at Odyssey Information Services, Inc. With a extensive background in software development, Todd enhances his understanding of client projects and business models, positioning Odyssey as a valuable solutions provider. Todd holds a BBA in Corporate Finance from Eastern Kentucky University. His commitment to continuously learning about clients' businesses and projects drives additional partnership opportunities for Odyssey.

Steve Donaldson
Steven Donaldson is the Vice President of Professional Services at Odyssey Information Services. He supports management and sales in expanding business with current accounts and opening new opportunities nationwide. Steven holds a BS in Applied Science and Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside. His extensive educational background, combined with his professional experience, equips him with the knowledge and skills to drive innovation and growth within Odyssey, helping the company deliver exceptional services and solutions to its clients.

Martin Siebert
In his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Martin Siebert expertly manages our Houston office, guiding its operations towards excellence and strategic growth. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University, complemented by a minor in Business Administration and Marketing, Martin brings a distinctive combination of creativity and business acumen to his position.

Jeff Ridlen
Jeff Ridlen is the Director of Global Operations at Odyssey Information Services, where he leverages his expertise in operations and strategic planning to enhance customer experience and retention. With a strong background in relationship-building and process improvement, Jeff leads cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. He holds an M.B.A. in Management from UT Dallas and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
