Since opening our doors in March 2000, we’ve grown and evolved alongside an ever changing technology industry. Our services have expanded, our clients’ needs have changed, and the way we work has continued to evolve. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: our people.
Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. Their experience, relationships, dedication, and commitment to one another have helped shape Odyssey for more than 25 years.

One of the things that makes Odyssey unique is the depth of experience within our team. Our tenured employees bring perspective that can only be developed over time. They’ve experienced changes in technology, shifts in the IT industry, evolving client needs, and changing market conditions. That experience allows them to adapt while continuing to provide the personalized service that has always been central to Odyssey.
Today, our team includes 28 employees who have been part of the Odyssey journey for 10 years or more, including several who have been here for more than 20 years.
