Odyssey Information Services has added another name to the growing list of decade-long employees since our company was founded in 2000.
Senior Account Manager Kayla Jandera is the 12th team member — more than a third of Odyssey’s corporate office staff — to log 10+ years of service. Joining our team in 2008 as a recruiting assistant, Kayla now works closely with billion-dollar companies based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to help them fulfill their IT staffing needs.
“I love our family-like atmosphere,” Kayla said. “We have such a tight group of employees that makes coming to work enjoyable and fun every day.”
She credits much of her professional growth and success over the past 10 years to the support she’s received from Odyssey’s executive management.
“Our CEO, Jon Hibbs, and CIO, Todd Kirkby, really believe in our success and trust us to do what’s best for the company,” she said. “And their flexibility with having a strong work-life balance has allowed me to build my career while also be there for my two young boys.”
And the quarterly group outings and weekly breakfast tacos, she adds, aren’t too shabby, either.
