Q: Do contractors only get paid on an hourly basis?
A: Odyssey pays our contractors many different ways; hourly, salary and possibly on an independent basis if you meet certain criteria.

Q: Do I need to obtain my own insurance?
A: No. Our insurance plan is available to all of our employee contractors who elect coverage.

Q: How much will I make?
A: Usually this depends on a few factors like; geographical location and the market demand for your skill set.

Q: Do I get paid for overtime as a contractor?
A: Yes, in most cases.

Q: Can I work consistently in a consulting role?
A: Yes. Most contractors are able to stay busy with little or no gaps in employment.

Q: Is relocation assistance available to contractors?
A: In many cases the answer is yes.

Q: How quickly do I need to be available?
A: It depends on the client. Most clients want the consultant to start in two weeks to a month.

Q: What is the average length of contract?
A: 9 months. Many clients will say they have a multi-year project that they will do at 6-month intervals.
