| Snow Day Feb 2010 |
Odyssey and all of the Dallas area had a snow day on Friday February 12th 2010. With over 12 inches falling over a twenty-four hour period, the Dallas area received more snow then we had seen in 30+ years. |

When you call Odyssey, chances are April is answering the phone at Odyssey. She has the thankless job of trying to keep track of us when we are out of our offices. With thirty people in the office, most days we keep her very busy. Next time you call say hello to April. She will probably not have time to chat, but will enjoy your voice of appreciation.

Take advantage of our Employer In Office interviewing. You can save time by doing in-person interviews with pre-screened candidates in our employer interview office. Candidates will be scheduled at 30 to 45 minute intervals. We will have candidates ready for your next interview as you are finishing your current interview. Our large recruiting department will screen, pre-select and reference quality candidates for you. You can review resumes before your visit and confirm with the account manager which resumes you would like us to contact and schedule for your in-person interviews.
Example: Come by our office and start your first interview at 1:00pm, then continue to screen pre-selected candidates every 30 minutes. Upon completion of each interview, you will have a chance to take notes and accurately compare to previous and future candidates. By 5:00pm you will have interviewed as many as seven or eight candidates. You are now able to accurately rank and evaluate all of your candidates into potential hires. Advantages
