| Odyssey Finalizes Agreement with a National Payment Services Company |

Odyssey has been working for over 6 months on a services agreement with a National Payment Services Company. Odyssey’s team, led by Shelly Jackson, has worked hard to show our customer how we can partner to secure the key resources they need. Working closely with their internal human resources team, Odyssey was challenged to find a variety of skill sets for internal initiatives.
Odyssey is using our senior recruiting team and national reach to fulfill their broad set of requirements. We were able to use our Plano, TX facility for the initial interviews, selecting the best candidates with the technical and soft skills needed. We worked to make a cultural match as well as a skills match before their senior management began interviews.
